Pimm's No.1 is the much loved, Gin-based drink of England, containing quinine and a secret mixture of herbs - a recipe said to be known to only six people. Originally consumed as an aid to digestion, Pimm's was served in a small tankard known as the 'No. 1 Cup', hence its name. A signature Pimm's is made mixed with lemonade, fruit, mint, and served over ice.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Peroni Leggera is a quality beer that is lower in carbohydrates and calories - part of Peroni's premium Italian brewing stable. Light, crisp and clean flavours courtesy of quality hops, yeast, barley and water made this lower carb beer a step ahead of the rest.

Young Henrys Motorcycle Oil is a smooth, hoppy, black beer with mild bitterness, roughly based on a hopped-up American porter. Originally brewed as a small batch in 2017 its back in black by popular demand, bigger and bolder as this years YH Winter release. Best served loud.

Our own interpretation of an old style of gin popular in the 18th century, when strict licensing made it difficult to make and sell gin. The image of a tomcat hung outside a door indicated that this was an illegal distillery. Our classic London Dry Gin base remains, however the addition of Yorkshire liquorice creates a sweeter more mellowed gin.

Our Marmalade Gin has been crafted using locally sourced botanicals that are synonymous with the beautiful and restorative nature of Harrogate. These unique botanicals are complemented with zesty Yorkshire marmalade, water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.
