This is the latest addition to the Achouffe Brewery... The aroma of Cherry CHOUFFE gives pride of place to cherries. It also reveals notes of strawberry, almond, spices and sweet Port. Round-bodied, soft and delicate, Cherry CHOUFFE delights the gourmands among us. It has a satisfying finish, with a very slight bitterness.

Pours milky-chocolate with a dense tan foam. Herbs, caramel, toffee and cholocate on the nose preceed a palate that packs a malty punch thats perfectly balanced given the 9.2% abv.

One of the most iconic and oldest brands of the McLaren Vale region with origins dating back to the late 1830's. This wine is rich with earth and cherry notes yet delicate and smooth with a lingering finish.

Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. First brewed in 50L batches over 10 years ago, and yes, much like our Band-Aid skills, it’s seen a few little tweaks and improvements over the course of time. A decade on and many batches later, it is still our most popular beer! Brewed using Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops, our After Battle Pale Ale has always been a tasty combination of citrus and tropical flavours, all whilst keeping the malt profile on the lighter side to let those hops shine through at a rather modest 5.2% ABV

The hop flavours blend perfectly with the juicy aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, pineapple and lychee effecting a super clean finish with just a hint of quenching bitterness.

That first sip offers undeniable flavor- and at 4.5% doesn’t overbear the tastebuds. Making this a juicy, low in bitterness, cloudy but refreshing hazy beauty of a brew!

This American Pale Ale boasts a solid malt body cut with layers of vibrant citrus and pine aromas. This gold and silver sporting hard hitter of a full-bodied pale packs a punch American hopped roster with Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Simcoe.

Enigma is just that: a mystery as to how something can be just this good. An Australian pale ale by style, but still brimming with flavor. The uplifting tropical aromas supplied fresh from Tasmania are complemented with a clean moreish finish.

Deep purple-red. Primary aromas of ripe blackberry with hints of bramble and chocolate earth entice. A medium to full- bodied wine with fresh acidity and fine tannins that focus the dark berry mid-palate into the long, savoury finish.
