Located in the heart London's old spirits industry, East London Liquor Company is an independent British distillery and the first to make spirits in East London for 100 years. Distilled to a unique recipe, Colombo 7 Gin consists of seven spices and botanicals, each with a unique role. Together they create a complex aroma and distinctive taste. Primary ingredients: Juniper berries, Coriander seed, Angelica and Liquorice root. Secondary ingredients: Sri Lankan Cinnamon bark, Curry leaves and Ginger root. Colombo 7 Gin is a distinctly Sri Lankan take on a London Dry Gin. The juniper is distinctive in taste and aroma; surrounded by a beautiful medley of subtle spice notes that, together create an unexpected harmony. Colombo Gin is handcrafted in small batches from copper pot stills to create a distinctively exceptional distilled London Dry Gin. Silver Medal winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2016.

Produced in the distinctive terroir of Hampshire, Southern England, where chalk is the dominant element of the soil, this English Sparkling Wine was made using the thoroughly classic and traditional method, building on the internationally renowned grape varieties that are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. The blend incorporates a majority of Chardonnay, contributing to its finesse and elegance, as well as a large proportion of Pinot Noir, which produces fruit and structure, and just a touch of Pinot Meunier. Pommery style, expressed through English terroir.At first glance, it is a lovely and delicate pale straw yellow in color. To the nose, the key word that comes directly to mind is freshness, but also finesse thanks to the yellow citrus aromas that emerge. The end note is straight and free of harshness, with a well-controlled dosage that leaves no impression of sweetness.

Passionfruit Grenade is a super-premium small batch Overproof Spiced rum 65% abv. The finest rum is married with natural Passionfruit, Salted Caramel and Spices. Smooth despite its strength, tangy, distinctive passion fruit, with balanced salted caramel and ginger spice. This product was designed to add an amazing Passionfruit twist to your Pornstar Martini or Rum & Coke. Passionfruit Grenade like all Rockstar Rums mixes perfectly with cola, lemonade, or ginger beer. Passionfruit Grenade is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite for Passionfruit Grenade would be a Pornstar Martini.

Grapefruit Grenade is a super-premium small batch Overproof Spiced rum 57% abv. The finest rum is married with natural Pink Grapefruit, Honeycomb and Spices. Smooth despite its strength, with a burst of bittersweet grapefruit tempered by rich honeycomb sweetness, with hints of cinnamon and ginger. Grapefruit Grenade like all Rockstar Rums mixes perfectly with cola, lemonade or ginger beer. Grapefruit Grenade is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite for Grapefruit Grenade would be a classic daiquiri.

Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after extended lees ageing in the cellar. The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.
