TUSU 1636 uses our six type of top quality grains Sorghum, Wheat, Mung bean, Com, Rice, and Sticky Rice. Grown in Queensland Toowoomba complimented with Bilambil spring water. The bottle design is a unique hexagon shape with famous historical Chinese Physicians from each Dynasty era on each side of the bottle. TUSU 1636 is a limited edition product make this one of the worlds most exclusive Baijiu.Having been distilled back in 1636 and allowed to rest for over 30 years in traditional Chinese terracotta pots, this limited edition Baijiu has been hand selected by our Master Blender for its distinctive taste qualities.

Sarah Burgess, whisky maker for Macallan, adds, "Whilst colour development starts with mixing basic colours with precision to achieve different shades, when it comes to whisky making, it is the knowledge and understanding of a specific palette of colours from the cask which is the starting-point." Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky embodies Kanosuke Distillery’s concept of "mellow land, mellow whisky. It was produced using all 3 of their pot stills, aged in several varieties of oak barrels, and blended together after 3 years of maturation. The Second Edition of the 2021 Kanosuke was distilled from unpeated malt in 2018, this release is largely matured in first fill re-charred ex-bourbon barrels for about 3 years. About 5,000 bottles have been released at a cask strength ABV of 57%. Citrus, Vanilla, Honey and Lemon Tea on the nose leading to a flavours of grapefruit with some cinnamon sweetness, sweet fresh fruits, vanilla and dark chocolate bitterness.

Every Macallan single malt reveals the distilleries unrivalled commitment to the mastery of spirit and wood for which they have been known since it was established in 1824. It is an expression of their enduring desire to go beyond ordinary, to seek out the extraordinary, and create peerless single malts. The 2022 release of the Macallan Double Cask 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky was matured in both European and American sherry seasons oak casks. The European casks provide a subtle spice and the American oak gives the balance of delicate vanilla, together delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character. Flavours of dried fruits, ginger and toffee are prominent throughout.

In 1898, John Duff built the Speyside Distillery, BenRiach. It is one of the few distilleries with its own on-site floor malting and draws its water from the Burnside Springs. This exquisite single malt has been crafted from peated spirit and four cask matured for at least thirty years in sherry casks, bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks and port casks from the Douro Valley. During long maturation Benriach’s sweet Speyside smoke mellows and integrates with the fruit, malt and oak. After thirty years, rich layering develops into sublime honeyed smoke, further enhanced through multi-layered cask maturation. The whisky from each cask type, imbued with particular flavour characteristics, is then expertly married together to create an exquisitely harmonious single malt, layered with dark fruits, rich walnut and velvety oak spice with a long, complex, smoked honey finish. All in perfect balance.

Kanosuke Single Malt Japanese Whisky embodies Kanosuke Distillery’s concept of "mellow land, mellow whisky. It was as produced at Kanosuke Distillery between 2017-18 and is their first single malt Japanese whisky. Made with unpeated malt, it is bottled at cask strength from a blend of barrels, with re-charred American white oak ex-“Mellowed Kozuru” aged shochu casks as key.
