Medium-bodied, this is a modern take on the classic Australian Merlot made in a soft approachable style. Intense blackberry aromas with spice and leafy notes. A palate of vanilla and sweet dark berry fruits with mocha oak and lovely silky tannins.

Debut wines are fresh, fruity, exuberant wines which remain true at all times to their varietal origins. A soft and juicy expression of Malbec, this wine shows flavours of rich plums, dark cherries with a hint of tobacco.

The Ethereal One celebrates wines with ethereal qualities - so delicious and graceful in style they seem not to be of this world. This blend from Fleurieu and Adelaide Hills with bright ruby red and violet hues is medium bodied, dominated by fruit aromas of cherries and red currants with savoury notes of baked quince and dried herbs.

Decrypting a wine takes skill and patience, lucky for you we've figured that out. This flavoursome Shiraz displays aromas of rich red cherry and plum with hints of vanilla oak, which continue onto the palate leaving firm tannins on the finish.

It might be little in stature but it's big in flavour delivering a medium weight fleshy and juicy red blend that shows ripe, red berry fruits and spice, some gentle tannins and a nicely rounded mouthfeel. Perfect with barbecued meats.

Made in collaboration with Assembly store, this is a lightly carbonated non-alcoholic beverage, similar to that of a pétillant gose. Tart native citrus and bitter hops profile, made with citra hops, lemongrass hibiscus, lemon myrtle, Murray River salt, liquorice root, peppermint, preserved lemon, cane sugar, verjus and filtered water. Store nice and chilly with a meal (no ice).
