This wine is made from the best grapes from the Maxwell estate, sourced from low yielding, old vines, the result is a wine that offers pure, rich dark fruit, cocoa and peppery spice for which McLaren Vale Shiraz is famous for.

The wine had an intense, full and radiant bouquet, with notes of honeysuckle, orange coloured fruits and hints of iodines sensations. The creamy chewiness characterising the vintage is channeled in a direction that is edgy yet embracing with a wave of aromatic persistence. Smokey, biting and full of energy finish balances it all out.

In the rarefied world of prestige cuvée Champagne, Dom Pérignon Oenothèque is held with special reverence. Released only in the very best vintages, Dom Pérignon Oenothèque is released 15 to 20 years after harvest after extensive ageing on lees.

This unusual variety is well suited to produce sparkling red. Aromas of red-fruit jam and exotic spice jump from the glass and the palate has delicious sweet fruit flavours with terrific length.

This elegant Chardonnay shows a light to medium straw colour with deep green hues. Aromas of orange pith, straw, spice, French oak, mandarin and melon flow off the lovely nose. The lively palate is filled with hints of cashew, cream and toast in addition to intense fruit flavours, providing a clean and juicy climax. This wine has a cellaring potential of 5 years.

Colour is a distinctive pale yellow straw with a green hue. Intense bouquet is pleasantly fruity with highlights of green pear and clingstone peach accented by the flowery notes of apple blossom against a genteel boisé background. Palate is a rush of citrus and white peach with fresh acidity. Clean, lemon-citrus and Pink Lady apples with a layer of minerality and viscosity. Textured stone fruit balanced with fresh, grainy acidity. Fine and flavoursome keeping with the sensations registered by the nose with a long crisp finish.

Maison Eros Chardonnay has the attractive light gold colour and it leads to an appealing aroma of freshly cut green stone fruit. It has a beautiful soft depth of fruit on the middle palate and finishes clean and dry. A delightful example of a youthful, fruit-driven, fresh style of chardonnay from a classic wine region.
