The new Sparkling Rosé is brimming with character a passion and specialty of Andrew Garrett. Bright and elegant fruit flavours of ripe red berries coupled flawlessly with zesty citrus. A luscious, soft and textural palate showing subtle hints of berry flavours, balanced and supported with a hint of zesty citrus. Delivering a vibrant acidic finish.

Nose : White peach, some tropical notes, delicate citrus. Palate : Fleshy, nectarine, underlying spice, melon, smooth and a hint of toast. Wine Makers Notes : Lightly oaked in aged barrels for a subtle but broadening experience on the palate.

Maison Eros Chardonnay has the attractive light gold colour and it leads to an appealing aroma of freshly cut green stone fruit. It has a beautiful soft depth of fruit on the middle palate and finishes clean and dry. A delightful example of a youthful, fruit-driven, fresh style of chardonnay from a classic wine region.

Made from organic Lagrein grapes, this is a unique style Sparkling Rose, and a must try for any Rose lover! Opening with a fresh sweetness, the wine displays a complex flavour profile featuring nuanced hints of earthy beetroot, fresh guava and confectionary watermelon. With a lovely dry finish, it is well suited to Asian dishes such as chilli prawns and salt and pepper squid.
