Isle of Harris Gin 45% 700ml On The Nose A well-defined juniper note with pine needles, immediately followed by the fresh citrus notes of bitter orange, lime and grapefruit. Develops a complex floral note of rose and wallflowers with crushed green herbs, coriander and gooseberry all underpinned by mixed spice. Sugar kelp adds to the complexity and richness and gives a dry maritime note. On The Palate Refreshing gin with good balance between the bitter juniper and pine and the sweet fruit flavours of mango, grapefruit and orange. A green herb flavour has developed of crushed coriander. Distinctive and smooth with a dry, flinty taste. On The Finish Overall a long, clean finish. As the juniper and citrus fade away, sweet vanilla and black pepper remain with a gentle reminder of the sea. A 10 year journey in the making... This gin is the distillers masterpiece featuring suspended finger lime caviar from the distillers 80 acre farm at Kurrajong Heights. These little balls of limey goodness pop in your mouth when you bite them releasing an aromatic burst of pure citrussy gin an experience like no other! Also known as "Snow Dome Gin" it makes the perfect gift for those who are hard to buy for and has a spectacular presence with the suspended finger lime caviar swirling and magically suspending in the bottle. A super smooth gin featuring a medly of Hawkesbury grown citrus. Tahitian lime leaf and Kaffir lime leaf also grown on the distillers farm are balanced with aromatic Navelina oranges & juniper from the highest mountains of Bulgaria. Finger lime gin is hand made in micro batches of just 43L using spring water from our farm. Each bottle takes over 1 year to make and mature from growing the fruit to distilling the gin and infusing the finger lime caviar so that when you bite those little pops you get a burst of 40% alcohol gin which is different to the gin they are suspended in. Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. This is a new artisan craft Gin from a historical 1865 distillery Chiyomusubi in the prefecture of Tottori in Japan. Hand crafted and blended with quality and local, genuine Japanese ingredients. Specific botanicals such as (yuzu citrus, Hassaku citrus, ginger and Lindera) are used to the base spirit shocho distilling technology cultivated over many years. This is in addition to the typical botanicals of gin (juniper berries, coriander, angelica, lemon). The pallet is refreshing, delicate and lifted subtle characteristics, followed by fresh citrus and spice. The length is followed by a lingering flavour or creamy yogurt-like acidity. This standout bold packaging is complimented by a delicate, lifted and premium quality Gin.

Kyoya Hinata Small Batch Gin is distilled with generous amounts of juniper complimenting the piny flavour and provides this gin its signature warmth. Botanical extracts from hebess citrus, kumquat, yuganatsu citrus from the sunny Miyazaki prefecture have been added. A beautiful afterglow of cardamom and chamomile shine through.
