Balvenie Caribbean Cask was created by The Balvenie Malt Master, David Stewart, who celebrated an incredible 50th anniversary at the distillery in 2012. This single malt has had a 14-year maturation period in traditional oak whisky casks, before being transferred to casks that previously held Caribbean rum to finish aging.

The Glen Grant 18 Year Old Scotch Whisky matures in the highest quality, handpicked oak casks, which creates a radiant golden colour and seductive floral and oaky aroma. Deeply layered and complex, this rich and vibrant whisky delivers beautifully intricate flavours of malted caramel, vanilla and raisins and lingers with a long, sweet and pleasantly spicy finish.

The new Disclosure expression Amazingly expressive young whisky ! Malt distilled in 2006 and matured in deeply humid caves within intensely Pedro Ximenez impregnated media botas (250 liters). Four selected casks blended together to obtain regularity of taste. 53% natural strength decreased at bottling time to 49% per volume. Amber tint with ruby reflections. Mellow with roasted almond notes with a soft pungency. Floral and intense nose.

A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.

Tasting Notes: a perfectly delicious Grande Champagne Cognac, vivacious aromas of spring flowers, lilac, jasmine. Then some notes of ripe fruit, banana, melon; dried fruit, raisins, walnut. A long finish with some spicy notes coming through, anise, caraway. The word heritage has various associations: inheritance, patrimony and a family secret kept under lock and key by the Caetano family. This germana cachaça is aged for eigth years in French Oak barrels and then for two more years in Balsam barrels to break the woody flavour and aroma an lighten the darker color result of the Frech Oak barrel aging.
