This Pale Ale is an easy-drinking American hopped beer with subtle, but beautiful citrus aromas. Brewed with malted millet, rice and buckwheat.

G.O.A.T. was first brewed as a small batch, specifically for the 2018 AIBA Awards. Brewed with high expectations & named accordingly, the beer took out a Gold Medal and became a favourite among Black Hops drinkers. Jed is a supremely easy drinking ale/lager hybrid weighing in at a respectable 3.5% ABV. A healthy addition of Vic Secret and Azacca hops provide an array of bright fruity aromas and a restrained bitterness for optimum drinkability, whilst a Carapils driven malt profile evens the playing field to combine for the ultimate low-alcohol Australian Mid. Paris well with sweet potato wedges & sweet chilli sauce.
