Many whiskies take their flavour from just one cask, but we mature Grants Triple Wood in three different types of wood: Virgin Oak cask provides spicy robustness, American Oak lends subtle vanilla smoothness and Bourbon refill offers brown sugar sweetness, resulting in a smoother, richer, mellower taste.

Dimple 15 Year Old Scotch has fragrant tones that are almost tones of perfume mellowing to a sweet buttery aroma. Flavoursome and light, nothing spicy or harsh. The finish is delicate and maybe a gesture of dark chocolate hiding in there.

Spey River Sherry Cask Finish has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours. Only then, the whisky is transferred into first used sherry casks to allow the secondary maturation which adds to its complex character and refined depth of flavour.
