The taste equivalent of warping into a liquid black hole but without every atom in your body being crushed to an infinitely small point. It is Scotland's first and only Rum, made in a purpose built distillery in Banchory. The result is a remarkable spiced rum made with only the finest, fresh ingredients and an attention to detail.

An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Dressed in a green jacket reminiscent of the Masters Champions, inspired by Scottish Golf courses and in homage to the spirit of golf in St. Andrews, Eden Mills Golf Gin was created in 2018 for golfers to enjoy all over the country. This botanically rich spirit incorporates botanicals from local grassland and coastal courses around Scotland which gives the gin a unique juniper and floral flavour. To ensure Golf Gin was truly representative of local golf courses, the team of distillers at Eden Mill sourced botanicals such as Seaweed from St. Andrews Links and Gorse Flower from Braids in Edinburgh to name a few, making this Gin every golfers G & Tee of choice.

Full of flavour, with passionfruit and apricot both dominating. Starts sweets but the slightly bitter passionfruit remains as the sweetness begins to fade. Toasted coconut notes add a savoury character. Passionfruit and Coconut Gin is best served with a premium tonic and garnished with pineapple.

Lind & Lime is a benchmark London Dry Gin; crisp, refreshing and delicious, a delicate balance of juniper and lime with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns. A beautiful, hand crafted gin, made and bottled on the banks of the Silent Pool. A contemporary take on a London Dry Gin Distilled with 24 botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, cassia bark and cardamom for depth and spice, and bergamot orange and kaffir lime for citrus. Rose, lavender, chamomile and linden flowers add floral notes, while local honey delivers a smooth finish. TASTING NOTES A classic gin at heart, full bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and flavour. A rich and clean juniper-driven spirit. The delicate flavours of lavender and chamomile combine with fresh citrus notes and a velvety honey.

Spey River Sherry Cask Finish has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours. Only then, the whisky is transferred into first used sherry casks to allow the secondary maturation which adds to its complex character and refined depth of flavour.
