Dark Matter Spiced Rum

The taste equivalent of warping into a liquid black hole but without every atom in your body being crushed to an infinitely small point. It is Scotland's first and only Rum, made in a purpose built distillery in Banchory. The result is a remarkable spiced rum made with only the finest, fresh ingredients and an attention to detail.

Talisker Skye Scotch Whisky

An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Perfect for those who perhaps find the classic Talisker flavour profile a bit too much, not to say that Talisker fans won't enjoy it too. Double Gold | 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

High Commissioner Blended Scotch Whisky

A blend selected from the finest grain and malt whiskies. Flavours of soft fruits, peach, pear and chewy caramel. Sweet and fruit with notes of malted barley. Well balanced and complex with a long smooth warming finish. Silver Medal Hong Spirit Awards 2015. Bronze Medal San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2016.

Eden Mill Golf Gin

Dressed in a green jacket reminiscent of the Masters Champions, inspired by Scottish Golf courses and in homage to the spirit of golf in St. Andrews, Eden Mills Golf Gin was created in 2018 for golfers to enjoy all over the country. This botanically rich spirit incorporates botanicals from local grassland and coastal courses around Scotland which gives the gin a unique juniper and floral flavour. To ensure Golf Gin was truly representative of local golf courses, the team of distillers at Eden Mill sourced botanicals such as Seaweed from St. Andrews Links and Gorse Flower from Braids in Edinburgh to name a few, making this Gin every golfers G & Tee of choice.

Eden Mill Passionfruit & Coconut Gin

Full of flavour, with passionfruit and apricot both dominating. Starts sweets but the slightly bitter passionfruit remains as the sweetness begins to fade. Toasted coconut notes add a savoury character. Passionfruit and Coconut Gin is best served with a premium tonic and garnished with pineapple.

Lind & Lime Scottish Maritime Gin

Lind & Lime is a benchmark London Dry Gin; crisp, refreshing and delicious, a delicate balance of juniper and lime with the gentle spice of pink peppercorns. The beautiful bottle was custom designed as a tribute to Leiths glass manufacturing history. Perfect Serve: The Gimlet (Gin & Fresh Lime Juice) or a Gin & Tonic with Fever Tree Light Tonic.
