HISTORY Château de Laubade was built in 1870 in the heart of the noblest area of the AOC Bas Armagnac and is today the premier Armagnac property. Today, the third generation is actively involved in the quest of excellence of the property, composed of 105 hectares of single vineyard, to make Château de Laubade an undisputed reference among the Armagnac category. This is a new artisan craft Gin from a historical 1865 distillery Chiyomusubi in the prefecture of Tottori in Japan. Hand crafted and blended with quality and local, genuine Japanese ingredients. Specific botanicals such as (yuzu citrus, Hassaku citrus, ginger and Lindera) are used to the base spirit shocho distilling technology cultivated over many years. This is in addition to the typical botanicals of gin (juniper berries, coriander, angelica, lemon). The pallet is refreshing, delicate and lifted subtle characteristics, followed by fresh citrus and spice. The length is followed by a lingering flavour or creamy yogurt-like acidity. GAUTIER XO is a powerful blend of old eaux-de-vie, some of which come from or "Paradise Cellar" where the oldest and most precious Cognac eaux-de-vie are kept. A golden amber colour. A rich and harmonious blend of old eaux-de-vie, combining intense aromas of candied fruits, cinnamon and toasted bread, with subtle floral notes. Generous and smooth in the mouth, it offers a beautiful length on the palate.

Crafted in the heart of Speyside and contains five of the most precious signature single malts, Chivas Regal Ultis is the first blended malt Whisky from the House of Chivas Regal. Uniquely located on the border that separates the Lowlands from the Highlands, Glengoyne are also unique in that this historic distillery air dry their barley rather than the accepted Scottish practice of peat smoke drying. This imparts a subtlety and grace that other whiskies do not have. The 18 Year Old Single Malt has spent 18 long years maturing ex Sherry casks, the majority of which are first-fill. This patience has borne a whisky that shows spicy vanilla fruit, ripe apples and a rich, luxurious mouthfeel. Enjoy neat or with a dash of pure distilled water to get the most out of this individual malt.

An exceptional blend of reserve stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac, distilled in the mid 1970s and matured in old casks. On the nose there are delicate fragrances of spice, sesame seed, oak, baked pears and brown sugar. The palate is deep and viscous with moderately sweet notes of ripe pear, almond, oloroso sherry, orange peel, and leatherwood honey. The finish has hints of brown sugar with notes of vanilla and salt and has great persistence.

A rich and complex Scotch, finished in Caribbean Rum casks with toffee sweetness, notes of vanilla and hints of new leather. The Rum casks give the Scotch just the perfect kiss of exotic spice. Best enjoyed neat, with a splash of filtered water or over ice.
