Don Julio Blanco Tequila is a true tequila connoisseurs blanco. It is bottled without being aged, but rather rested for a short time in containers to allow the spirit to settle and proudly delivers fresh agave characteristics. The nose carries light citrus aromas, whilst its palate is clean and crisp with some sweet notes of vanilla. The perfect base for a the ultimate margarita.

Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a 'Cost Be Damned' approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the frigid winters and using specific filtration types for each whiskey they make.

A flagship of the Canadian Club range, CC's aged 20 years adds another level of flavour to the already distinctively smooth taste the brand has become internationally famous for. The extra age is showcased on the palate - soft oak, spiced sweet rye spices, and hot pepper. The finish is sweet and slightly peppery with hints of spices, vanilla, fruit, and wood. Nestled away in the far north of Scotland's Highland region is the distillery of Clynelish. Situated at Brora on the stormy North East coast, this 14 Year Old single malt has been matured in specially selected oak casks and then bottled at the full 46%. Displaying a waxy nose with a hint of sugar and florals, the whisky arrives on the palate with power and flavours of signature spice and maritime saltiness.

The Rye flavor mixes in well with light fruity/crisp, mint some spiciness and evergreen. You get a fruity, cinnamon, caramel mixed with mint scent.

Established in 2005, Kilchoman (pronounced Kilhoman) is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. Based on a farm on the rugged west coast of Islay, Kilchoman is the first distillery to be built on the Island for 125 years. Matured in a combination of both Bourbon and Sherry casks, Kilchoman Machir Bay is a well-balanced combination of rich tropical fruit, peat smoke, light vanilla and intense sweetness.

The gateway to double cask maturation, Aberlour 12 year old double cask matured has balanced notes of fruits and spices. Golden amber with hints of ruby red. Soft and rounded with fruity notes of red apples. Sherried character and fruity aromas balanced with a rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spices. Warming and lingering with some smoky notes and gentle pepperiness.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.
