Very vegetal, without the sweetness, oakiness, or vanilla that is often associated with a highland Reposado. You will not find a rounder finish in the tequila world.

Three friends, including two Australians, went on a trip to Guadalajara, Mexico back in 2005. It was there between sips of tequila that they made a pact to begin the journey to make extraordinary tequila. They found partners in maverick master distiller, Marco Cedano, and his son Rodrigo.
