Its a lovely start to a conversation crisp, delicate red fruits, elegantly sophisticated and lingering.We use 82 per cent cabernet franc and 18 per cent merlot. We wanted to produce the best rosé we could, and chose to make one in the style of a Chinon cabernet franc rosé of the Loire Valley in France, which are among the greatest rosé wines.Its delicious on its own, and versatile as it pairs well with everything from delicately prepared seafood to sweet roast duck.

This excellent expression of Chardonnay, partly due to only limited time in oak, is light, fresh and zesty but with inherent complexity. Pale straw in colour, this wine exhibits lifted nectarine and white blossom characters with underlying minerality and depth. Forester Estate Sauvignon Blanc has clean aromas with underlying richness and varietal fruit characters of lychee and passionfruit. There's a subtle hint of blackcurrant along with lime and well integrated cedar oak. There is a herbaceous thread through the wine of pea shell and nettle along with underlying wood smoke. On the palate, full and textured with a rich creamy texture. There is lychee, lemon thyme, nettle, roasted red capsicum and passionfruit along with balanced cedar oak and wood smoke.

The palate exudes fleshy primary fruits, layered with nutmeal, lemon butter and brioche. A chalky, mineral texture and fresh citrus acidity continues the bounce.

Forester Estate Chardonnay is a refreshing fruit-driven wine. Pale lemon green in colour with intense roasted nuts, honey, ripe peach and a hint of smoky oak with lingering MLF on the nose. It is medium body with similar profile from the nose. Classic acidity structures with a toasty yet deliciously creamy finish.
