For the rebellious spirit, we have fashioned a modern interpretation of the classic spiced rum.We foraged native Australian botanicals, blended them with exotic Caribbean spices, then hydrated the elixir with pure Tasmanian mountain spring water. Red Leg rum is left to rest in oak barrels and infused with Jamaican ginger, spices and caramelised Pineapple. Smooth texture with vibrant Pineapple notes and a warming mouth feel.

A moderate sweet molasses/vanilla palate with hints of well balanced spices of Cardamon, coriander, cinnamon, cloves with a slight infusion of citrus and anise. The rum is smooth, long and well balanced. Black Bart Spiced Rum is best served over ice but is equally delicious with your favouritre mixer.

Nusa Cana aren't just bringing back Indonesian rum - they're making rum unlike any other. Javanese sugar cane molasses, natural forest filtered water and wild yeast (grown on dried red rice) are slowly fermented, then distilled twice in antique pot stills. The rum is matured in Javanese teak barrels and transported to Holland (it's a 250-year-old tradition) to be blended with selected modern rums.
