We scoped the entire Barossa to find this tiny parcel of old vine Shiraz that fits perfectly with our philosophy of people, place and purpose.

This Shiraz is garnet red with purple hues. Complex nose of dark cherry and blackberry aromas with a hint of forest floor and spice.

The outstanding 2016 Barossa vintage, with its long, dry and warm summer days, has produced a wine that is full of rich dark fruit and chocolate flavours with finely balanced French oak complexity. Joshua was Teusners very first wine. Named for co-founder Mick Pages first son, Joshua is a blend of mostly old vine Grenache, a good measure of Mataro and a dollop of Shiraz. Unoaked and released young, this wine carries with it the Teusner belief that the best Barossa wines are made when Grenache meets Shiraz meets Mataro.

Hand picked from bush vines planted in 1916, this is the quintessential expression of super-premium Barossa Valley Grenache. Rich and concentrated but as smooth as silk! Light to medium red garnet. Raspberry, dark cherry and cedar spice. An earthy, savoury wine with fine yet robust tannins driving the fresh mix of black tea, white pepper, baked earth and dark cherry fruit through to the long, elegant finish.

Spinifex Bete Noir Shiraz has a potent herb infused fruit on attack. Spiced red plum, cherry and sage flavours with a saline edge are carried on mid-weight frame of strong black tea-like tannin. Barossa Shiraz with even temper - displays fleshy, dark and generous fruit measured by ripe acids and drying tannin.

Marco Cirillo, the guru of Grenache. A true artisan, Marco is the custodian of some of oldest Grenache vines in the world and remarkably he tends to each of the old, gnarly bush vines by hand, some standing 6-feet tall! The resulting Grenache that makes The Vincent has beautiful, fine grained tannin along with fruit that is remarkably vibrant and appealing to the palate.

This release of the Hangin' Snakes Shiraz is placed right in the 'wheel house' for those lovers of the powerful and intense. Attractive plush blackberries, full flavoured with silky perfumed tannins; a mouth filling wine of great poise.
