Teusner Albert Shiraz is made from old vines in the northern Barossa; rich black fruits and tarry cassis with smoky undertones, the finish is long and luscious. Could easily be cellared for the medium term.

The Noble One by De Bortoli is considered Australia's premier dessert wine, and for obvious reasons. The wine has won countless awards at the leading wine shows around the country and has a wonderful propensity to develop even further in the bottle. The 2002 Noble One is a classic expression of the style with rich apricot treacle characters with fig and orange blossom still active on the nose and palate. Hints of vanilla bean and a refreshing acidity on the finish mean this decade old wine will continue to live in the cellar for many years more.

This exceptional Pinot Gris from Amisfield shows pronounced aromatics of roasting quince, bees wax and orange blossom. The palate is broad, complex, rich and textured while remaining elegant, with a dry finish.

St Hugo has been a long established name in Australian wine, namely due to the iconic Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra. Made from premium Barossa Valley fruit that provides dark berry fruits with opulent herb and spice characters. With a cellaring potential of over 10 years, this Shiraz can proudly wear the St Hugo name.

Margaret River is an under appreciated region for Australian Shiraz, and it's hard to see why with Cape Mentelle's Shiraz showing a vibrant core of blueberry, mulberry and hints of raspberry. It is well balanced with cocoa and savoury oak. The palate yet, is fine, elegant and focussed, finishing with chalky and structural tannins.

Lerida Estate's Botrytis Pinot Gris shows the capability of Pinot Gris to produce world class dessert wine with aplomb. Showing nutty, dried apricot, raisin, spice and marmalade flavours with what seems like an eternal length of flavour. Make this your next cheese platter accompaniment.

St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.

Poole's Rock Chardonnay gives refreshing zesty flavours, lime juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, green melon, kiwi fruit with a lingering mineral line down the palate, a fresh mouth watering aftertaste.

Château Filhot is set amongst the woods and fields of Sauternes and is one of the most beautiful estates in the region. No oak is used in the production of Filhot, only glass-fibre vats that contribute to the elegant structure of the wines, rarely becoming the uncious and full bodied wines that generally have a higher proportion of Semillon. The Filhot from the 2009 vintage is dominated by a subtle nutty note, most prominantly almond.
