High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.

The Heggies vineyard situated in the hills above the Barossa Valley produces tightly structured classic Rieslings which can be appreciated young or cellared to achieve richer, complex flavours.

Though part of the Barossa, the Eden Valley is a slightly cooler climate than the neighbouring Barossa Valley, so generally produce Shiraz that is slightly more elegant in style. Scorpo produces another excellent example of Pinot Gris from the Mornington Peninsula. Lifted aromas of pear apricot and green apple lead into a palate rich and silky in texture, the flavours showing depth and complexity, the acidity in perfect balance.

Produced from 40 year old vines in the Clare Valley's renowned Watervale district this superb Riesling shows vibrant citrus fruit on the nose with deep minerally flavours and a crisp lingering finish.
