Our own interpretation of an old style of gin popular in the 18th century, when strict licensing made it difficult to make and sell gin. The image of a tomcat hung outside a door indicated that this was an illegal distillery. Our classic London Dry Gin base remains, however the addition of Yorkshire liquorice creates a sweeter more mellowed gin.

Slingsby Gooseberry gin is crafted using the world-famous Harrogate aquifer water, pure single grain spirit and locally sourced botanicals synonymous with the restorative nature of the town. Yorkshire gooseberries bring an unmistakable tangy sharpness, tempered with a fruity sweetness whilst retaining the classic citrus notes of our classic award-winning London Dry Gin.

One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.

Beginning life as one of our development gins, we have taken our London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused this with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. Admiral Vernon is one of history's unique mixologists after circumstances forced him to come up with a rum recipe that would appease the British Navy after he reduced the fleets rum rations. His solution was to add lime and touch of sugar to mix to create a truly delicious rum. This concept has been embraced in the Old J Spiced Rum with flavours of Persian Lime and Smooth Vanilla delivery an unparalleled rum experience.

A cheeky cherry twist on our original spiced rum Marasca cherry, lovingly known as rum cherry, delicately infuses Old J Spiced, creating an exceptionally unique expression. This is a rum full of fun, energy and will convince you that rum is worth a try and will get the party started. Tasting notes Appearance: Clear, vibrant, coppery, golden warmth with a pink hue. Aroma: Rich Cherry, cream soda, vanilla with faint lime , cinnamon and clove. Taste: Bittersweet cherries, buttery toffee popcorn and cinnamon spice. Lingers of cherry spice, black pepper and cloves.

A very special Cider made from top quality cider apples of a single year's crop. Matured in old oak vats and then selected by our Master Cider Maker as the very best of the year's vintages. Full bodied and rich in flavour. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.

This is a classic, juniper-forward London Dry style gin. Amongst the recipes thirteen botanicals is a nod to Scotland, with native cobnuts and black mulberry. This is a refined, crisp gin with a distinctively smooth finish. Clean and fresh on the nose, whilst the palate offers juniper, pine and lavender. Bright citrus gives away to a soft, round finish.
