This rose was made from low yielding Shiraz grapes picked in April using the traditional Saignee style. The wine was fermented to dryness and has light berry flavours and crisp acidity.

Lovely lifted floral and perfumed notes combine strawberries and cherries. Light, refreshing and vibrantly flavoured. The richly flavoured palate with good weight and fills the mouth with berry fruits and ripe strawberries and finishes with a delightful freshness.

This lovely, light pink coloured wine was crafted using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Translucent cherry color. The nose offers up aromas of ripe cherries, plum juice and pomegranate with spice endnotes. Flavors of sweet cherries intermix with pomegranate and plum juice followed by some spice on the medium dry finish. Brisk acidity with an aftertaste of sweet cherries, plum juice, pomegranate, and light spice.

The aromatics are true to type, initially delicate, even shy. Then as the glass warms a melange of spices including cardamom with hints of Lily of the Valley. The palate has drying raspberry entry followed by raspberries more fresh and zingy. All in all a long palate that really saturates your tastebuds with flavour. Please serve chilled. If you serve this wine at room temperature much of the magic of the Fairytale will be lost.
