For their Merlet VSOP cognac, Gilles and his two sons have selected and blended eaux-de-vie from four to five years or older, from different regions of the cognac appellation, ensuring the consistency of its quality. Nose: The nose is fine and intensely fruity with notes of white fruits and peach. Mouth: The mouth is supple and round, the finish is noticeably fruity.
