Matured in port puncheons, Limeburners Whisky is aged for up to 8 years. The resulting single malt is all spice and fruit with aromas of port and vanilla on the nose, barley, honey, raisins and caramel on the palate and finishes smooth.

Wahaka is produced by the family of 5th Gen. Maestro Mezcalero Alberto Morales and the community of San Dionisio, Ocotepec. Its is made from 100% Agave Angustifolia wiith a harvest maturity of 8-9 Yrs. The agaves are Earth pit roasted, Tahona milled, Natural Fermented, Double copper distilled, delivering a genuine 25 day Artisanal Hand Crafted process, from a single village sustainable estate harvested, USDA certified 100% Organic product. HWAYO X.Premium was released in Jan 2013 as a limited edition to celebrate the 10th anniversary of HWAYO. This rice whisky is an innovative creation, maturing rice distilled soju, HWAYO 41, in American Oak Barrels. The flavour is uniquely complex with a hint of vanilla in the beginning and a mild taste of rice to finish.

Made from the blending of malts from the two distilleries of Yoichi and Miyagikyo, this whisky was the pride and joy of its creator Masataka Taketsuru, founder of Nikka and the father of Japanese Whisky. Light golden honey in colour with candied nuts, walnuts and hazelnuts on the nose as well as delicate and gentle smoke coming through with hay. Forward and straight pallet with juicy mouth feel, yet retaining a very gentle and sophisticated heat. Sweet apricots and peach dominate at first, leading to vanilla and subtle hints of ripe grape. Complex and long on the finish with lingering taste of dry herbs, leather and sweet pastry.

A vatting of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak casks and resulting from a cognac (double) distillation method with a mash exclusively made of « Malt » (germinated barley). It has been reduced to 43% alcohol by volume. Beige amber tint.
