Established in 1887, Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer, is one of the few single malt distilleries to remain entirely family owned. Matured for over ten years in warehouse located near the sea, for a smooth tasting whisky with an air of sea salt on the finish. Some of our casks are matured in warehouses that are more exposed to the cooler sea air. The conditions in this coastal location affect our maturation climate and help create a smooth style of whisky that we call Sea Cask.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label is one of the world's most iconic whiskies. Showing flavours of maple syrup, spices and malt on the nose which is then followed by a dry smokiness and a sweet creamy vanilla mouthfeel. The inherent richness evolves on the finish with a raisiny, sweet sherry flavour.

Monkey Shoulder is a premium Scotch Whisky that is steeped in history and culture and to this day is still tended by hand by the experienced Malt Men of Speyside. A smooth and rich 'triple' malt Scotch (a world first!) that has been blended from three of Speyside's finest single malts and using batches from only 27 casks to produce this fine malt whisky. A delightful nose of sherry, cinnamon baked pear, butterscotch, barley, strawberry and Bourbon vanilla which are all complemented by tangy, sweet nut, citrus, mint, oak and orange peel flavours.

Peat dried and matured inland for over ten years for a rich and smoky tasting whisky with a lasting finish. Some of our casks are matured in warehouses that are located further inland. The conditions here affect our maturation climate and help create a rich and smoky tasting style of whisky that we call Land Cask.

Triple maturation is the secret behind the award-winning taste of Whyte & Mackay. Firstly, the finest single malt whiskies, each individually matured for many years, are carefully selected by our Master Blender. Next, they are combined in sherry casks and matured once again to attain a perfect harmony of flavours. Finally, the blended malts are mixed with aged grain whiskies and returned to cask to mature even further. This dedication to the art of blending creates an extra smooth and richer tasting whisky. Whyte and Mackay can trace its roots back to 1844 in Glasgow. And if time has taught us anything, it's how to perfect our consistently smooth and rich tasting whisky. That's partly thanks to our triple maturation process and partly down to the abiding genius of our third generation master blender and those who came before him.

Aged in three distinct woods for a smoother taste. Many whiskies take their flavour from just one cask, but we mature Grants Triple Wood in three different types of wood: Virgin Oak cask provides spicy robustness, American Oak lends subtle vanilla smoothness and Bourbon refill offers brown sugar sweetness, resulting in a smoother, richer, mellower taste.
