Juuri means both âOriginâ and it is the base to make great Rye bread. This Kyro Juuri Un-Aged Rye Spirit is made from 100% pure Finnish malted Rye. It is the new make for the first Nordic Single Malt Rye Whisky. It had some spicy Rye notes on the nose with initial dryness followed by liquorice root and a fine touch of anise on the palate.

Based on the whisky supplied to the 1907 British Antarctic Expedition, Shackleton is a blend of over 20 Highland Single Malts with a depth of character inspired by Sir Ernest Shackleton.

An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. The cask formula focuses on ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. A pleasant character, with green apple, tropical fruit, vanilla and toffee. A medium-long finish with chocolate and light oak.

Called The Monarch, Dewars 15 years old was named after the famous 1851 painting The Monarch of the glen by Sir Edwin Landseer, which was purchased by Tommy Dewar in 1916. Winner of Best Whisky 13 to 20 years old at the 2016 World Whisky Awards. Golden honey, toffee, warm and complex. Succulent exotic fruits with hints of coconut and vanilla aromas. Complexity increases with citrus and green apple notes. Delicate and exquisitely scented floral aromas. Smooth, well-rounded with a long and warming finish.

Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey.Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.
