Initially matured in American white oak, this limited 21 Year Old edition 2015 release is transferred into first-fill Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. The Dalmore whisky spends a decade in these exceptional casks for an outstanding finish with Oxford marmalade, macerate cherries and soft liquorice.

Westons Stowford Press is made from real cider apples and fermented for up to 6 months. This cider reflects an outstanding superiority with a sumptuous apple aroma and flavour with a medium to dry finish. A very clean natural fresh pallet develops from the first taste. No overextended carbonation helps create a sense of abounding flavour of quality.

Located in the heart London's old spirits industry, East London Liquor Company is an independent British distillery and the first to make spirits in East London for 100 years. Originally a glue factory in Bow Wharf, East London Liquor Company found its home in the disused industrial space and repurposed the venue to create a custom-built distillery which sits within a beautiful craft cocktail bar.

Local wheat and water combine in our seven-day fermentation process to create maximum character and mouth feel. Multiple distillations are followed by a 24-hour filtration process through the most porous of carbons, coconut shell carbon. This crafts a spirit of exceptional purity and taste. With soft cream soda, light toffee and subtle biscuit notes, we recommend you simply serve straight from the freezer or over ice.
