Red Duck Pale Ale is a refreshing, modern styled beer. Brewed with plenty of Australian pilsner malt and Cascade, Simcoe, Saaz, Centennial, Hallertau and Chinook hops this beer is a perfect all round tasty pale.

A medium bodied ale which is light amber in colour, derived from the use of caramel malts. A refreshing but appetizing beer with toffee and caramel flavours balanced nicely with a blend of traditional English hops for bittering and American hops for aroma. The all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer and leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer.

Pale, Munich, Crystal and Wheat provide a golden colour and a medium bodied malty base. Using the Ella hop, a half sister to the more well known Galaxy hop, provides floral, spicy aromas and flavours, a welcome change in a world of fruity, resinous Pale Ales.
