Made in the traditional style of Kentucky Ryes, Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey delivers bold flavours of pepper and tobacco with a long fruit and sweetly spiced finish. Grain the first of the Five Sources is exactly sourced to produce the defined taste we're looking for in every bottle of Woodford Reserve. Our mash bill contains 53 percent rye, resulting in a liquid with pronounced spice notes that are sweetly hinted with fruit before a long finish.

Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey is blended from 159 barrels and aged five to seven years. Well balanced and smooth, with flavours of rye spice, fruit, toffee, caramel & vanilla. Aromas mix rye spice, sweet dried fruit, toffee and slight hints of nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste: A mingling of sweet dried fruits, toffee, caramel, vanilla, that finishes with bold rye spice and a hint of cocoa and smoke.

A timeless style of malt whisky, Balcones 1 Texas Single Malt breathes new life into centuries of distilling tradition with classic techniques and ingredients adapted for New World tastes. Opening aromas bear hints of toffee and overripe fruits. On the palate, layers of toasted malt and honey give way to mellow notes of baked pears and apples. The Michter's "US 1" bottlings are so named to honour Michter’s heritage. The brand was established in 1753 as America’s first whiskey company. Washington and his troops drank Michter’s while they were hunkered down in Valley Forge. Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, our US1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes whiskey-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile. In late 2013, then Master Distiller Willie Pratt agreed to re- release our US1 Unblended American Whiskey after a nearly three- year absence from the market, deeming it "just right" and "the best it's ever been." Crucially, our US1 Unblended American Whiskey never contains grain neutral spirits - hence its "unblended" distinction. This Whiskey has deep butterscotch and vanilla notes, hints of caramel and dried fruit with a ripened fruit finish.

Maker's Mark is a unique and full-flavoured, hand-made Bourbon, made using the old-style sour-mash method and sealed with the iconic red wax.

The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey is made from 100% Australian Mallee Rye, grown in one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world. We use 100% rye mash - double distilled and then aged for at least two years in new American Oak barrels in Melbourne, Australia. Full flavoured Rye, fresh baked rye bread on the nose, caramel and spice on the pallete.

Four Roses Bourbon is a smooth and mellow, 80 proof Kentucky Bourbon. The nose has notes of gentle spice, honey, floral essences, and fruit. The palate has flavours of fresh fruit with hints of apple and pear. It is crisp yet smooth & soft. The finish is long, mellow, and pleasant. It began when Paul Jones, Jr., the founder of Four Roses Bourbon, became smitten by the beauty of a Southern belle. It is said that he sent a proposal to her, and she replied that if her answer were “Yes,” she would wear a corsage of roses on her gown to the upcoming grand ball. Paul Jones waited for her answer excitedly on that night of the grand ball…when she arrived in her beautiful gown, she wore a corsage of four red roses. He later named his Bourbon “Four Roses” as a symbol of his devout passion for the lovely belle, a passion he thereafter transferred to making his beloved Four Roses Bourbon.

Gwalarn: The First Celtic Blend After creating two prestigious single malts (Kornog and Glann Ar Mor), Celtic Whisky Distillerie has developed its first blend, born from the blending of whiskies of Celtic origin. Like its single malt predecessors, this blend bears a Breton name that evokes its character, Gwalarn or “North-West Wind”. The French distillery in Côtes-d’Armor intends to bring fresh air to the world of blended whiskies. The innovative blend designed by the cellar master, Aël Guégan, and by Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, founder of Maison Villevert, unites for the best, the complexity of a Scotch whisky, the character of a German whiskey and the peat of Kornog, titled single malt from Celtic Whiskey Distillery. The result is striking in its balance and complexity. Gwalarn presents itself on the nose with elegance. The notes of cereals, ripe fruit and vanilla are clear, with a peaty background reminiscent of Kornog. The palate is energetic and fruity, with lingering vanilla notes. The peaty, salty finish is particularly full and even. Such complexity and balance distinguish Gwalarn from the best premium blended whiskies. Thus, Gwalarn takes place in the collection of exceptional whiskies created by Celtic Whisky Distillerie.
