What started in the early part of the 20th century as an effort by a handful of enthusiastic entrepreneurs has evolved into a prosperous corporation with international recognition. Tasting note: Amber gold. Gently warming aromas of vanilla wafer, crème caramel, pineapple pudding and honey with a delicate lift, following through to a light to medium bodied, cream-textured rum suggesting flavours of caramelised fruits, tea biscuits, gentle spice and trace molasses to finish. Production: This rum is first aged for 5 years in American oak casks at its place of origin in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados). Then it is shipped to Williams & Humbert’s installations in Jerez (Spain), where the rum is aged for another 3 years in casks that have previously held the internationally renowned Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry (aged for 20 years, as certified by the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Regulatory Council). Tasting notes: This two-stage process produces old rum of unique characteristics, with a matchless bouquet and flavour. It is exceptionally smooth. Suggestions for consumption: Excellent in a balloon glass either neat or on ice. Superb in elegant mixed drinks and cocktails.

Lily White is a blend of aged Agricole and traditional rums, still and column distilled. Rich and intense, a very rare blended white rum in the World. Clear and transparent in colour. Emperor Jubilee Cognac Cask Finish is a blend of traditional rums from distillation of fresh sugar cane and molasses. Batched in 400-litre old cellared Cognac casks. Deep gold in colour. Emperor Sherry Cask Finish is a blend of the best traditional and Agricole rums from the oldest Mauritian warehouses.
