Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey is the quintessential example of premium Irish Whiskey, and considered to be the purest form of the art. Tasting Notes: The Pastis de Campagne is made from a fine eau-de-vie, according to the old ways of Provence winegrowers who preferred it for its part gourmand and fruity, cleaner flavor. Like them, Jean Boyer has added to his country pastis a number of aromatic spices to give the freshness and aromas that one should expect from a pastis.

Scheibel Premium Altes Pflümle is based on a fruit brandy of oat plums from the Ortenau, with plum extract refined. The range of premium fruit brandies from Scheibel is distilled in the so-called Auria process that uses real gold plates during the distilling process. This creates finesse distillates.

Unique association of 11 botanicals including the gentian root cultivated in the Massif Central, gin is distilled in small batches, in a bain-marie in the historic stills of the Gentiane SALERS. This slow distillation at low temperature preserves all the delicacy of the aromatics. The bitterness of the gentian is thus erased to extract the floral expression of its original terroir.
