The story of Sol goes back to 1899, when on a sunny morning in Mexico, a brew master was working away. The early morning sun crept over his brew pot, caught in the majesty of the moment he was inspired to name his brew 'El Sol' - the sun in Mexican. Since that day Sol has been a beer for the working class, a beer of the people.

Brewed under supervision of Denmark's Carlsberg - a true Australian work of art with European influences. Carlsberg all-malt premium beer is elegant with a full, rich flavour. A great value Lager with a first class taste.

A classic unfiltered Pilsner, Red Hill Brewery Pilsner boasts a spicy hop aroma balanced by a full bodied malt character.

Mild Ale is brewed with a selection of barley and wheat malt, and with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the customary secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Tooheys Extra Dry is Australia's fifth highest selling beer (Nielsen April 2010) and is well known for its clean, crisp taste. Its dry finish is achieved by an extended fermentation, ensuring minimal residual fermentable sugars. Wonderful fruity, malty notes accompany a mellow middle palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.

Fully imported from Holland, Hollandia is brewed in the traditional way creating a beer that is crisp and refreshing in the northern European lager style. Careful selection of hops and barley ensures Hollandia will become a firm favourite of lovers of the style.
