Akasha is an independent Sydney based brewery that is producing truly premium beers with a commitment to the use of high quality ingredients. The Freshwater is an American-style pale ale, full of Cascade hops that provide a floral, citric fruitiness which is offset by a malt-driven spine and gentle bitterness.
