Patronus Barossa Valley Shiraz

Meet Patronus - a luxuriously decadent and intense Barossa Shiraz made the old-fashioned way. Intense lifted spicy characters drape across the gently baked plum, and raspberry compote aromas, with gentle wafts of cedar and smoked game.

Fletcher The Minion Nebbiolo

The focus here for this wine by Fletcher is on what Nebbiolo as a variety can do in Australian terroir. The philosophy behind these wines is to de-construct tradition and start afresh. Driven with obsession and going against the grain, Ann from Fletcher had the foresight to plant small acreage to mixed clones of Nebbiolo in 1998, which officially makes this some of the oldest Nebbiolo in Australia. Meticulously manicured, this vineyard, after the green harvest, is lucky if it produces 2 tonnes to the acre, and the fruit it produces is floral, rich and backed by Nebbiolo's superior tannins.

Michinbury Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, is a light bodied, elegant wine highlighting the ripe plum fruit on the finish.

Penfolds St Henri Shiraz

Langton's Classification: Outstanding

Proudly, a wine style that hasn’t succumbed to the dictates of fashion or commerce. St Henri is rich and plush when young, gaining soft, earthy, mocha-like characters as it ages. It is matured in old, 1,460 litre vats that allow the wine to develop, imparting minimal, if any oak character. Although a small proportion of Cabernet is sometimes used to improve structure, the focal point for St Henri remains Shiraz.

ANIMAL Love Cabernet Sauvignon South Eastern Australia

One of our absolute favourites, our Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in oak casks for that light vanillin oak finish. Its a lively red with a smooth finish, presenting fine velvety tannins and an intense blackcurrant jam flavour on the palate. Despite its complexity it is a great easy-drinking red, but we recommend it paired with hearty, meaty dishes such as a lasagne, steak or a cheese platter.

RedHeads R'dotto Royale

RedHeads is an exclusive winemaking studio home to dynamic winemakers . Here, they’re able to craft their own wines their own way – where the only bottom line is top quality in the glass! This gorgeous, rich red is named after Venice's 18th century gambling house, R'dotto. It's RedHeads' biggest gamble to date! Five Italian stars grown by top growers combine in this seductive, velvety wine that will win you over, hands down.

The 5OS Project McLaren Vale Malbec
