To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients - water, barley, hops, and yeast - before gently removing the alcohol through a special cold filtration method. Cold filtration protects the integrity of the beer's taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness.

The original "budweiser", this is a Czech Lager with historical pedigree. Golden colour, thick white head, a distinct pure malt aroma with a rich hop accent, unique and very mild bitterness of medium intensity to create a medium to full flavour.

In Japan, Ruri translates to the colour of clear blue skies - crystal clarity is what this incredibly pure premium pilsner is all about. COEDO Ruri displays a flawless golden colour which contrasts beautifully with a soft, white head for an easy drinking brew that pairs well with almost any dish. The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. This is kriek as it should be, with nothing but real cherries and lambic. There is no place for artificial colourings or flavourings. BOON Kriek uses young and old limbic beer that has been aged in oak casks, and after six months, black cherries are added to provoke a second fermentation, resulting in that amazingly unique taste.

A German style Pilsner, Trumer Pils is characterized by a distinct hops flavour, high carbonation and light body. A combination of Saaz and Austrian hops, malt mashing process and proprietary yeast make Trumer Pils unique among beers.

COEDO Shiro is instantly recognizable by its bright colour, tinged with soft, milky white glow. Yeasts selected specifically for their ability to bring out sweet aromas from the wheat, are complemented by fruity notes for a rich yet refreshing brew that is smooth on the tongue and goes down with flourish. We chose the Japanese word for 'white' for our Hefeweizen as a way to capture not only its bright colour, but also its distinctively gentle character.

Coedo Beniaka is an unfiltered Imperial Sweet Potato Amber Ale. Fermented for an extended period, the Beniaka boasts an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. Its unique profile is owed to a combination of high quality malts, roasted kintoki sweet potatoes and excellent beer craftmanship. Beniaka is unique to the Bushu area, and uses the famous kintoki sweet potato, a specialty item in Kawagoe.
