Infusions of green and pink Australian finger limes, the flesh and rind of four other fresh citrus fruits and a combination of premium ingredients come together to achieve the unique flavour profile of our double distilled gin. The aroma of this 'citralicous' variant is predominantly blood orange and lime supported by juniper and spice. The palate exhibits more of the same flavours along with subtle notes of vanilla and liquorice.
