Made from Vineyard to bottle. Low yields cool climate grapes from Nangkita Single Vineyard. Deep sandy soil and limestone beneath, rich in elements for natural aromas and flavours. Vibrant cherry with spice and aromas of dark fruits.

A rich complex nose of mulberry, plums and spicy vanillin oak with floral hints. An impressive, ripe combination of black cherry and plums with a soft, chocolaty mid palate leading to a long finish of tasty oak and fine tannins.

Ruby red wine with distinctive violet hue. Fruity aromas of berries and hints of Mediterranean spices on the nose. Flavours of dark berries, plum, earthy cranberry and cherry, with subtle hints of tobacco. Soft and velvety, perfectly balanced by medium acidity and tannins, with a medium to long very pleasant finish.

The Varietal Merlot from BOVIN is a dry red wine with a strong intense purple color that hints of the youth and deep character of the wine. The nose is alive with tones of cherries, berries, roses, and plumbs. Its taste is full and rich, with ample tannins. BOVIN Merlot complements everything from green vegetables to pork. The wine should be served at 15-17°C.

Lifted red and black cherry notes, silky tannins and underlying oak influence balance this classic Coonawarra Merlot. Matured in new and seasoned french oak barrels enhancing the complexity of flavours. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 8 years.
