Fogata Tequila Blanco is produced in Atotonilco el Alto, located just northeast of the state of Jalisco. It is traditional and culturally belong to the region known as Los Altos de Jalisco in the South Zone of the Alteña Region. The area and the climate are some of the many reasons contributing to the region being one of the best Tequilas production areas.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).

Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is distinguished from Bourbon because it must contain at least 51% rye. Wild Turkey Rye is rich and balanced with a unique toffee and peppery taste that makes it less sweet that Bourbon, but with similar tones of caramel and vanilla, and a warm, smoky flavour.

There’s no rush when it comes to el Jimador Añejo. It means ‘aged’ in Spanish and we’re proud to call it the best expression of el Jimador we’ve ever made. We double distill the finest blue Weber agave and then mature it in American oak barrels for 12 months to craft this award-winning tequila. It’s rich, full-bodied and packed with deep spice flavours like cinnamon. Pour it slow and savour every sip.

The small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon has flavours of caramel, pear and hints of citrus that balance out the palate. It has subtle flavours of a smooth smokey finish.
