Blended with a 100% Syrah dosage to achieve a rich, vibrant pink colour our Luc Belaire Rare Rosé is crafted by our 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemakers at our 166-year old Maison.

Elgins Crossing remembers vigneron John Riddochs voyage aboard the sailing ship Lady Elgin in 1851. Riddoch became an influential figure, establishing the Coonawarra Fruit Colony.This buoyant Coonawarra Sparkling Shiraz is typified by ample blackberry, mulberry, dark chocolate aromas and flavours, seductive panforte, smooth velvety textures, savoury spice and fine persistent bubbles. Delicious as an aperitif or with food. Serve chilled.

Lethbridge’s sparkling is a delightful blend of Pinot Noir (49%), Chardonnay (45%), Meunier (4%) and Pinot Gris (2%). The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris are sourced from the cool-climate Barwite vineyard in Mansfield, while the Pinot Meunier comes from Jack and Lois Doeven’s well-established cool site in Drumborg (Henty). The wine is bottled during primary fermentation. Pouring brightly in the glass and this is pét-nat done right: whistle clean and bursting with fresh peach and juicy red berries, with a lovely zesty finish.

A plentiful mousse sits atop a pale straw base that has gold tinged edges and a fine persistent bead. Toasty yeast lees scents are intermeshed with baked bread, citrus, light honeyed notes and traces of nut. The palate is tense and sculptured with racy acidity running through toast, subtly honeyed pear, yeast lees and roasted nut flavours. It is also vegan-friendly and contains just2.5g of sugar per 100mls.

An easy drinking traditional style, the Di Giorgio Lucindale Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay NV was carefully crafted using 100% Limestone Coast fruit. In the glass: Pale salmon/copper blush. On the nose: Crisp citrus, red apple and raspberry fruit lift.On the palate: Rich and ripe, it features beautiful layers of strawberry and cream complemented by berry basket characters. Very flavoursome, it has a leesy mid-palate richness and displays a fine vein of minerally acidity.
