Grown and produced in the sun-drenched Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of the South of France is an exquisite blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault – the three favourite Rosé grapes of the region. Produced using the Charmat method, aged six months in steel tanks to achieve a fresh, fruit-forward taste with a soft mouthfeel and great drinkability. Blended with a 100% Syrah dosage to achieve a rich, vibrant pink colour our Luc Belaire Rare Rosé is crafted by our 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemakers at our 166-year old Maison.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, flavours of fresh apple, citrus and pear have this beauty tasting something between cider and Chardonnay.It is super fun and made for good times.

Lethbridge’s sparkling is a delightful blend of Pinot Noir (49%), Chardonnay (45%), Meunier (4%) and Pinot Gris (2%). The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris are sourced from the cool-climate Barwite vineyard in Mansfield, while the Pinot Meunier comes from Jack and Lois Doeven’s well-established cool site in Drumborg (Henty). The wine is bottled during primary fermentation. Pouring brightly in the glass and this is pét-nat done right: whistle clean and bursting with fresh peach and juicy red berries, with a lovely zesty finish.

Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of apples with lengthy creamy structure. Fine and subtle.

2022 was a cracking year for Verdelho in the Hunter Valley, so the fact that Boydells have made this sparkling says a lot about how high they regard this wine. A party pleaser!Pale and bright. Clean aromas of citrus, pineapple and stonefruit. Refreshing lemon and lime fruit entry with underlying peach and tropical fruit, silken texture, creamy mousse and a touch of sweetness balanced by mouth-watering acidity.

An easy drinking traditional style, the Di Giorgio Lucindale Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay NV was carefully crafted using 100% Limestone Coast fruit. In the glass: Pale salmon/copper blush. On the nose: Crisp citrus, red apple and raspberry fruit lift.On the palate: Rich and ripe, it features beautiful layers of strawberry and cream complemented by berry basket characters. Very flavoursome, it has a leesy mid-palate richness and displays a fine vein of minerally acidity.

A plentiful mousse sits atop a pale straw base that has gold tinged edges and a fine persistent bead. Toasty yeast lees scents are intermeshed with baked bread, citrus, light honeyed notes and traces of nut. The palate is tense and sculptured with racy acidity running through toast, subtly honeyed pear, yeast lees and roasted nut flavours. Dry crisp finish with a long aftertaste that builds a sense of creaminess as it lingers. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Alc. 12.5%
