Elgins Crossing remembers vigneron John Riddochs voyage aboard the sailing ship Lady Elgin in 1851. Riddoch became an influential figure, establishing the Coonawarra Fruit Colony.This buoyant Coonawarra Sparkling Shiraz is typified by ample blackberry, mulberry, dark chocolate aromas and flavours, seductive panforte, smooth velvety textures, savoury spice and fine persistent bubbles. Grown and produced in the sun-drenched Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of the South of France is an exquisite blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault – the three favourite Rosé grapes of the region. Produced using the Charmat method, aged six months in steel tanks to achieve a fresh, fruit-forward taste with a soft mouthfeel and great drinkability. Blended with a 100% Syrah dosage to achieve a rich, vibrant pink colour our Luc Belaire Rare Rosé is crafted by our 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemakers at our 166-year old Maison.

Northern Tasmania is widely known for the quality of sparkling wine produced in the cool climate region, with the first 1995 vintage of Pirie doing much to establish this reputation. Now a new chapter is born with Pirie NV Sparkling - A full flavoured cuvýe from a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, boasting complexity and freshness. A vibrant lemony acidity with a full and rich mid-palate leads to slaty, mineral finish.

This wine is bright straw coloured, with lively bubbles, and a soft, caressing flavour. It is an excellent aperitif, and is also suitable for vegetable soups and shellfish dishes, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheese and white meat.

Deep garnet in colour with lifted ripe berry Shiraz fruit, complemented with subtle coconut oak and spice. The palate is soft and rounded with plum and blackcurrant flavours.
