Mornington Pale is an American-style pale ale, pouring a cloudy golden yellow with a tightly packed white head. Our Pale has both citrus and passion fruit aromas, showcasing American hops added late in the brewing process. A light smooth palate, aided by the generous addition of wheat malts, moderate bitterness and carbonation make for a flavoursome and sessional ale.

Iron Jack is a mild, mid strength lager with low body and low bitterness to produce an easy drinking beer for maximum refreshment.The beer is fermented with lager yeast and fermented cool toproduce the clean, fresh taste thatmakes it so sessionable. Red Duck Pale Ale is a refreshing, modern styled beer. Brewed with plenty of Australian pilsner malt and Cascade, Simcoe, Saaz, Centennial, Hallertau and Chinook hops this beer is a perfect all round tasty pale.

A medium bodied ale which is light amber in colour, derived from the use of caramel malts. A refreshing but appetizing beer with toffee and caramel flavours balanced nicely with a blend of traditional English hops for bittering and American hops for aroma. The all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer and leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer.
