Fixation focuses on the ever-popular style of beer, the amazing India Pale Ale (or IPA). This is a style of beer that has been around for 150 years in one form or another. It wasn't until craft brewers started using new world hops that the style really established itself as a force for good in the flavourful beer world. Using all American hops Fixation have created a balanced, super clean, tasty Amercian IPA.

Designed using Pale, Munich, Crystal and Carafa roasted malt Vale Amber Lager is then filtered, producing a beer with brilliant clarity. Dark brown in colour with garnet highlights, its backbone is strong in maltiness with a hint of coffee and chocolate that balances the Falconer s Flight hops. Aromas of citrus, pine and vanilla rise to compliment the flavour, delivering a crisp, clean finish.

A German Pilsener brewed using pilsener malt which produces subtle aromas and flavours of bread or crackers. The German hops provide the element of bitterness and floral flavours. That, combined with the high carbonation makes this beer a drink for all occasions.

This English Brown ale, is a style made with chocolate & dark crystal malted barley used in its brewing. This results in luscious toffee & chocolate nut aromas with a soft lingering mouth feel.

Straw in colour, this beer has a bready malt flavour, lifted passionfruit hop aromatics with a fresh and lively finish but with minimal bitterness.

Assertive American style ale IPA. Big, bold, citrus, pine and tropical fruit characters balanced against a solid malt backbone and big bitterness. 6.0% ABV | 70 IBU | 18 EBC

Finally, after many years of only ever being available on tap in a select few venues around Tasmania, our HARD Ginger Beer is now canned up for you to take anywhere. Sitting at a zesty 6% ABV and housed in a hefty 440ml can, this Ginger Beer is pretty dang rad. Wrapped in a can thatll be pretty dang hard to miss and full of ginger bite, a little hint of chilli, lime and a sugary sweet kick, we hope you love them as much as we do. Perfect for sunshine, good times and when you've just had enough of beer and cider. Cheers

This is our take on the American Red Ale style. This little brew has been hopped with Tasmanian Ella Hops giving her a subtle yet moreish apricot & pine nose. A complex grain bill of 7 different malts have created a biscuity, earthy ale with an apricot/passionfruit hopped taste, with a nice undertone of bitterness. It's easy to fall for and impossible to have only one. Note; We originally used fresh hops from 2017's harvest in this brew. Picked less than 24hrs before we brewed with them, these little green buds of bitterness brought a fresh bite to the ale that had to be tasted to believed. It's fair to say we loved it so much we just had to keep making it, and it turns out, she is now one of our most popular brews.

Brewed using a combination of Australian Pale and Crystal malts with generous servings of Tasmanian Galaxy and American Amarillo hops. It's a rich bronze coloured brew with a big, nutty malt taste. Combined with the sharp hop bite of the Galaxy and the classic Amarillo citrus burst towards the end, its no wonder we've been crafting this beer for 10yrs now. Match it with sharp blue cheeses, aged cheddar and cured meats.
