The Summer Dusk is an Amber Lager inspired by beautiful summer evenings in our backyard of Noosa, where the sky explodes with colour. This Lager is refreshing and full-flavoured, boasting a fine amount of specialty dark malts balanced by tropical fruit hop flavours and aromas.

Our Lager 3.5 is a refreshing mid-strength beer brewed with a blend of specialty malts and fermented cold for a clean and crisp mouthfeel. This beer is filtered, making it easy on the eye and the palate. Full-flavoured, but with 3.5% ABV you can stay for one more

Brewed using a combination of Australian Pale and Crystal malts with generous servings of Tasmanian Galaxy and American Amarillo hops. It's a rich bronze coloured brew with a big, nutty malt taste. Combined with the sharp hop bite of the Galaxy and the classic Amarillo citrus burst towards the end, its no wonder we've been crafting this beer for 10yrs now. The Ginger Kid Ginger Beer is made by two brothers, Kye and Quinn Livingstone. Quinn has a background in winemaking and uses this knowledge to make a ginger beer that is handcrafted in a similar fashion to wine. When making wine, winemakers aim to extract as much colour and flavour from the fruit as possible. This philosophy is applied to the ginger beer and the results are evident a ginger beer that tastes like a ginger beer should crisp, clean and full of strong ginger flavour!
