Tasting Notes: Nose Freshly baked apple pie with cinnamon, raisins, sweet crust pastry and vanilla custard. Palate Marzipan icing with hints of vanilla bean over malty and clean oak foundations. Fizzy sherbet overtones lend this classic bourbon cask dram a lovely zing and brightness. A couple of drops of water serve to sweeten the sensation and open some subtle floral tones. Johnnie Walker Aged 18 Years has rich sweet fruit aromas along with toffee caramel, vanilla and a hint of smoke. Its warming and sweet on the palate with dark fruits, malty cereal, smooth creamy vanilla, fragrant almonds and tangerines, and a gentle smoke developing. A lingering finish brings notes of dark chocolate, caramelised citrus peel and very light smoke.

Starward Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava.
