This single vineyard, single varietal Shiraz is abundant & generous in style. Full bodied & intensely flavoured, it's produced from our estate grown grapes that have been dried on the vine to concentrate flavours. For additional complexity, the wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. With layers of rich dark fruit & smooth tannins the wine is multilayered and accessible. Cellar five to eight years from release.

A brilliant example of how a cellar can be built from great value wines. The 2015 vintage displays aromas of blackberry, violets and spice. The palate is rich with excellent depth of berry fruit, balanced with subtle smoky oak. This elegant, medium bodied Shiraz finishes with long, silky tannins. All museum wines have been handpicked by our experts for their potential for maturing. Each bottle is aged in our climate-controlled cellars and released when our team know they’re at their best. Z Wine's Rustica Shiraz is an intense crimson red with purple hues followed by aromas of ripe cherry and red plum which are complimented by hints of pepper and spice with lifted perfumed notes. The palate is warm and full flavoured, displaying generous sweet red fruit, such as cherry, raspberry and plum. These fruits are couple with cedar spice notes and the soft mouth-filling tannins carry the fruit as well as providing structure and length to the wine. This wine is an exemplary example of a lifted, fruit filled Barossa Shiraz suitable for drinking in its youth.

In 1843, Dr Lindeman, an upstanding man of formidable character, started his own winery. In doing so, he set his sights on civilising a colony of hard-drinking ruffians by introducing them to more gentlemanly pursuits, such as the enjoyment of a refined drop. This longheld tradition continues today with this stately Shiraz, plush with plums, a hint of raspberry, and a dash of fortified wine for a smooth finish. A fine wine by anyones standard.

In the glass: Dark red. On the nose: Fresh herb, spice and red berry aromatics. On the palate: Mid weight with a subtly sweet mix of dark fruit, fine supple tannins and background oak. A good all-rounder.

John Quarisa is a Jimmy Watson Trophy-winning winemaker, with a "long and distinguished" career (Halliday). Here he's provided a beautifully rich, lush and full-flavoured Shiraz, a triple Gold-winner laden with ripe fruits, delicious exotic spice and a smooth, long finish.

The“LOVE 520 Shiraz”series is a limited edition wine which is originated from love and developed with the purpose of expressing love.“520”represents not only love, but also everything carried by a bottle of wine. To produce a standard bottle of wine requires 5.5 bunches of grapes on average, or about 520 grapes. The wine body is full and rich , with bright and soft tannins. Rich in aromas of chocolate, black pepper and blackberry jam, as well as subtle soil fragrance, which makes the taste buds feel a delicate balance.
