An Easy drinking classic Australian Pale Lager. Made from 100% Australian pale malt the Coastie Pale Lager is an unfiltered crisp and refreshing beer. Coastie is light on body to allow the Australian hops and malt to shine through. The Lager is late hopped to add an extra aromatic character to what is a clean, simple style.

Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.

The story goes that twin 'beerded' brothers, Thomas and Charles, set out to find the great inland sea of Australia, Lake Eyre. Ensuring they stowed plenty of Pale Ale for their journey into the scorching centre, they soon had no choice but to stay put and let the water find them. This Pale Ale is the lead beer of the Steamrail range, picking up a Bronze medal at the 2016 Royal Adelaide Beer Awards & Silver Medal at Australian International Beers Awards 2018. A Pale Ale brewed with wheat and crystal malt. It has two additions of the citrus and floral cascade hop in the brewhouse. A medium bodied ale which is light amber in colour, derived from the use of caramel malts. A refreshing but appetizing beer with toffee and caramel flavours balanced nicely with a blend of traditional English hops for bittering and American hops for aroma. The all malt ale is warm fermented which adds some complexity to the beer and leads to a fruity aroma which compliments this particular style of beer.
