FAIR Gin is the first aged Fairtrade certified Gin in the World. Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability, and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world. FAIR Gin is produced in the Cognac region in France and across Central Asia through local organic co-ops. All botanicals are Organic Certified and grown with no additives, chemicals, pesticides nor preservatives.

This cider reflects an outstanding superiority with a sumptuous apple aroma and flavour with a medium to dry finish. A very clean natural fresh pallet develops from the first taste. No overextended carbonation helps create a sense of abounding flavour of quality.

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus 1 non-native). This unique flavoured Gin provides a hint of juniper to start off and then the intensity of the other flavours start to come through. Lemon, mint and then a boom of herbaceousness topped off by a peppery after note.

Johnnie Walker King George V was created to celebrate the Royal Warrant given in 1934 to the Walker family to mark the exceptional qualities of their whiskies. The King George has more restraint and sophistication courtesy of the Port Ellen Distillery component that is powerful, slow and resonant. It initially shows a profound smoky aroma followed by sweet, fresh fruit (apples, pears, bananas) malt characteristics; developing into rich dried fruit and spicy complexity, raisins, figs and cinnamon. The palate is smooth with a rich, fruity sweetness. Warming with subtle flavours of sandalwood and smoke. Taste is powerful, complex, rich yet smooth. Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.

This beautiful blend starts off with using the Classic Gin as the base and blended with Elderflower and Rose to create a unique Pink Gin Liqueur. Best enjoyed with fresh muddled lime and a splash of soda water, or mixed half and half with sparkling wine.
