Victoria Bitter was first brewed by Thomas Aitkin in 1854 as a full flavoured full strength and thirst quenching beer for the harsh Australian climate. A full flavoured full strength beer the gentle fruitiness of the aroma compliments the sweet maltiness in the mouth which in turn balances perfectly with the clean hop bitterness of the finish The perfect beer to satisfy a hard earned thirst.
Modus Operandi Pale Ale
Modus Operandi Pale Ale is dry hopped with some of the biggest hops from the Yakima Valley. This choice selection brings out a lively layer of aromatics, with hints of pine and citrus which follow onto the palate. A crisp, dry finish caps it off.
Young Henrys Newtowner Can
Young Henrys wouldnt be what it is without Newtown. Its their home, community and inspiration. So when the suburb celebrated its sesquicentenary they were invited to brew a unique beer to celebrate, they jumped at the chance. The resulting beer was an Aussie Pale Ale called Newtowner. In a bit of a nod to the suburbs past and present influences, we used a blend of English and Australian malts. Then we added three varieties of local hops to make it fun, fruity and even a little bitter. Carton of 24 x 375mL Cans.
Harcourt Valley Brew Ginger Kid Ginger Beer
The Ginger Kid Ginger Beer is made by two brothers, Kye and Quinn Livingstone. Quinn has a background in winemaking and uses this knowledge to make a ginger beer that is handcrafted in a similar fashion to wine. When making wine, winemakers aim to extract as much colour and flavour from the fruit as possible. This philosophy is applied to the ginger beer and the results are evident a ginger beer that tastes like a ginger beer should crisp, clean and full of strong ginger flavour!
