Seppelt Original Sparkling Shiraz Vintage has a nose that displays ripe refined Shiraz aromas with raspberry, cherry and spice supported by subtle oak. This beer is designed to be the perfect cleansing ale. Golden straw in colour, the use of malted wheat imparts a dry finish matched with a clean and distinct hop aroma imparted from the Ella hop variety.

A beer made for its sessionability, this filtered pale ale has been brewed to a drier style, with lower residual sugar to keep it bright, fresh and seriously quaffable. Rikau hops (NZ) were selected for the dual purpose of bittering and contributing punchy aromatics and flavour, adding flavours of stonefruit, peach and citrus to the palate. the addition of Mosaic hops (US) and the relatively unknown Blanc (GER) further lifts the aromatics with elements of fruit, floral, spice and earthiness.

This is our new super clean, super crisp, super refreshing, Super Cool lager. The Brewery: Untouched 1960’s facade of the Public Bar and Brewery building has long been an icon on the streetscape of industrial Marrickville. Behind the exterior, the old yoghurt factory stood empty for over 20 years before Philter moved in. We’re proud to bring the building back to life and become part of the historical fabric of the suburb we know and love.

Hornet IPA, the first IPA from Black Hops Brewing, is a beer with some bite to it. Dry, angry, and bitter, this is a modern IPA with a subtle sweet side hiding among hints of stone and citrus fruits, and the ever present hoppy bitterness.
