Our heavily awarded Hills & Harbour Gin delivers a vibrant and smooth taste of the forests and coastline of Galloway, elegantly packaged in an innovative and eco-friendly bottle. With local Noble Fir needles and Bladderwrack Seaweed, it leads with juniper and is balanced with hints of forest fir, tropical fruit, citrus spice, tangy sherbet and a subtle scent of the shore. One of the rare gins in Scotland to be distilled with our own spirit, we take local wheat and water combine in our 7-day fermentation process to create maximum character and mouth feel. This process takes more time, energy, cost, and know-how, but delivering a gin that lives up to the true meaning of ‘craft’ is essential for us.

Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum is a rum produced by Sailor Jerry Ltd. as a tribute to both the man, Norman 'Sailor Jerry' Collins and the style of Rum 'Jerry' concocted and consumed whilst serving in the US Navy.

Our Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson hand selected whisky from three different cask types - refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon - until he found just the right recipe for this effortlessly delightful dram. A bottling that's a perfect introduction for those who are new to single malts, the Singlton of Dufftown Malt Master's Selection was created by The Singleton master of malts Craig Wilson. Matured in a combination of refill, Sherry and Bourbon casks, with a greater proportion of refill to allow ‘the sweet yet refined distillery character to shine through’. The whisky, bottled at 40% abv, promises a ‘slightly sweeter’ take on the classic Speyside style used by the Singleton of Dufftown 12 Year Old. It's full on fragrant fresh fruit, rich honey and mellow vanilla, followed by juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper. The silky smooth Single Malt is made to be enjoyed.

The principal expression available globally is Bell's Original, which comprises up to 40 different malt and grain whiskies. The ‘'heart malt' of Bell's is Blair Athol, while the Speyside malt of Dufftown and the Lowlander Glenkinchie help to shape the blend's character, along with a quantity of Caol Ila from Islay, which adds a touch of island influence. Overall, Bell’s Original may be summed up as offering soft grains and spices on the floral and fruity nose, with a sweet, nutty, malty and spicy palate, which yields just a hint of peatiness.

Balfour Winery is based on the Hush Heath Estate in Kent, the warmest and driest country in England. The estate comprises 400 acres of vineyards, orchards, and woodlands. The vineyards were first planted in 2002 and by 2007, their first wine - the 2004 Balfour Brut Rose - had won a gold medal at the Wine Challenge. The 1503 Classic Cuvee is named after the year Hush Heath Manor was built. It is a blend of 55% Chardonnay, 34% Pinot Noir, and 11% Pinot Meunier. Pale gold in appearance, with aromas of fresh citrus, red apples, and subtle toasted brioche characters. Beautifully balanced on the palate with lemony acidity, crisp apple and subtle notes of thyme, finishing with a classic, traditional method toastiness. WINE PANEL NOTE: An attractive nose of lemon, white nectarine, white flowers, supported by subtle, savoury biscuit notes. Very creamy and rich on the palate, with sweet, pulpy citrus balanced by lemony acidity and subtle lime pith. A wonderfully balanced and approachable introduction to English sparkling wine. Discover new flavours with Chivas Extra 13 Oloroso Sherry Cask. Selectively ageing* classic Chivas whisky for 13 years in Oloroso sherry casks results in an incomparable taste experience. The end result is marvellously rich, as sherry casks draw out the full-bodied flavours of our whisky. A portion of this whisky is selectively matured in Oloroso sherry casks for a rich finish. Vanilla caramel notes appear on the nose. Sweet ripe pears in syrup, cinnamon sweets and crisp almonds on the palate round off by rich and intense flavours on the finish.
