Inspired by the spirit of the Italian Riviera circa the 1960s, this gin is made in small batches and handcrafted in Italy using 19 local botanicals. Basil, juniper and Mediterranean herbs define this glamorous wonder. The bright juniper notes compliment the Mediterranean herbs, creating a dry, citrus taste. There are lingering notes of black pepper spice and liquorice. Fortunately, the spices notes are not overpowering. O’ndina is crystal clear in colour and is made using clear spring water from the Alps. A refreshing herbaceous gin, it’s paired perfectly with Mediterranean tonic, a slice of a citrus fruit and fresh basil.

The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).

Michter's US 1 Bourbon Whiskey

Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. Years of experimentation, adjustment, trial and even more adjustment has created Starward, a whisky that will challenge your perceptions of what Whisky can be. Artisan Victorian barley is sourced to begin the bespoke process which ends up in aged Australian Apera casks that have been re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized. All of which help create a Whisky of smoothness, sweetness and unparalleled complexity.

J.Rose London Dry Artisan Gin - Woman With Blue Hair

J.Rose Gin is the result of a perfect marriage of art, craftsmanship and distillation, resulting in a unique product that celebrates Italian excellence. The J.Rose company demonstrates its ability to transform a passion for art into a unique experience to be enjoyed and collected. Each bottle of J.Rose Gin is in fact a true work of art. J.Rose owns the soul of this Italy and in the creation of the handmade labels for each bottle is inspired by the masters who made art history. To celebrate the beauties, J.Rose is dressed with drawings by Milo Manara, seductive and at times provocative statues to enchant and delight gin lovers with unique moments. Each features image is inspired by the rich artistic heritage of Italy, these labels are as much a work of art as the gin itself. The use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine in the label design is a subtle nod to the country's iconic sculptures and monuments. Another distinctive detail of the pack is the small stainless steel dagger inserted in the cap, which has become a symbol of the brand and can be slipped out and used as a pendant for necklaces, earrings or as a keychain and adds an additional element of functionality and personalization. The predominant notes of J.Rose are those of juniper. In the nose it is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peel are refreshing and provide a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear blossoms bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterised by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The unexpected star of J.Rose is the inclusion of prickly pear blossom. This unique botanical adds a subtle floral note on the nose that carries through to a delightful fruity aftertaste. This unexpected twist elevates J.Rose beyond the ordinary, creating a complex and intriguing gin that lingers on the palate. Its 43% alcohol content enhances the nine botanicals, making it a perfect gin for the most exclusive cocktails.
